Your Big Day deserves a cinematic touch
Wedding Videography
We film at the intersection of documentary and narrative cinema. Imagine your favorite directors, from the whimsical framing of Wes Anderson to the romantic cinema of Damien Chazelle, coming together to film your wedding. We bring gimbals, slow motion, 4K quality, and lighting to every wedding because we believe it's possible to bring cinematic quality to everyday life.
What we offer
Every wedding film starts with your story, not a template. We offer full-day 10-hour coverage and cinematic highlight reels, each shot to feel less like a recording of your day and more like a movie you'd watch again on purpose. Coverage typically includes getting-ready moments, the ceremony, portraits, and the reception, captured with the same care whether it's a quiet toast or the last song of the night.
We shoot in 4K on professional gimbals for smooth, deliberate movement, use slow motion to take in the moments that deserve to last longer than they did in real life, and bring supplemental lighting so even your reception looks cinematic, not just a moment that wasn’t thought about. Every package includes a custom edit, licensed music, and color grading built around the tone of your day.
Our Style
We treat your wedding like a film set. That means composed, considered shots: when people see a hallway, we see the perfect framing for the first look, a wide shot that lets a room breathe for the dress to be seen by itself, all of this paired with the instinct to catch what's unscripted: the joke your dad tells during the toast, the look before the vows. Documentary honesty, narrative craft.
Our background shooting for the Chicago Tribune shapes how we work. We know how to find a real moment inside a fast-moving day, work quickly without getting in the way, and trust that the best shots are usually the ones nobody posed for.
Our Process
Before the wedding. We start with a conversation: our intake form asks about your story, the music and films that move you, so we understand not just your timeline, but you two as people. We'll walk your schedule together and flag where the light, the layout, or the flow might call for adjustments. We’ll research the venue beforehand to suggest locations where we can create cinematic moments between the two of you.
On the day. We arrive early, move quietly, and shoot the day as it actually happens, not as a series of poses. We're rarely more than a few steps from the moment worth catching.
After the wedding. Editing is where the film comes together, pacing the story, using voice-overs to tell your love story, grading the color, and layering the sound of the music with the natural elements of the day.
